I get so tired of people saying it will be okay...God has something better. I'm divorced with a son as well. My husband and I tried for a long time to fake the funk and make it work. We could not. I am a praying "fool" so to speak and I almost lost my mind. My son and I ended up moving out of our house and sleeping hand in hand together for 2 months before we got a bed. That was over 5 years ago and he is now a young adult in college. Was it hard to rebuild our lives? Yes it was, but we did it. There have been slips and falls along the way. But, strength, love and each other have been there as well. I have to believe that God knows your end from your beginning and He knew that this beautiful man was going to go through all this as well. It will be part of your beautiful testimony of overcoming adversity. So, continue on my friend. Listen to all that God tells you in your ear so quietly. Act and be secure that He goes with you even to Sheol and back. Be blessed.

I pray for this brother and the others as I pray for myself. I pray that they have soem one of good counsel to talk to. It is very hard but it can be done.
I saw Bro, Hammond on "Lift Every Voice" and was touched by his passion. God is preparing someone for all of us. Be strong and wait upon the Lord.

this is so sad to hear, Ive been Ur fan as far back 1997..been trying to imitate you on ur style of singing but hearing this is something i pray 2 God to help thru this difficult time...may u continue to waxing stronger..love u big time
