Reviewed by Trevor Kirk Liz Babbs is an author, performer, broadcaster and spiritual mentor, a former ME sufferer and patron of the charity Hope For ME. Liz devotes her time to raising awareness of issues of health and spirituality. She's been described as an expert in relaxation and meditation, she's travelled extensively to seminars and retreats, taken part in radio and TV broadcasts, including appearances on both Cross Rhythms and UCB, and her books have been translated into several languages. Her gift, according to Rob Frost, is making Christian spirituality approachable to busy people with little time on their hands, and this CD is a good example of that gift. A mix of music, meditations, Scripture readings and prayers, ideal for personal devotions and quiet times, aimed to help those who are sinking deep into the depths of despair, giving, as the subtitle of CD says, "hope for the broken." If this is you, this will be a blessing.
