Comment:	So sad to read about this. I've only conversed with Rory via e-mail occasionally in the past. As my marriage broke up 15 years ago, I know that some "friends" from the church will completely shun you. Indeed, will never talk to you again. Thankfully, a lot more will hold you in prayer and support both parties as much as they can. For me, personally, those people have been a great blessing. What caused our break up? Many things, but growing apart was the main one. As Paul says, a broken vase can be fixed, but it's never the same as it was. Unfortunately, I can relate to that perfectly. My prayers go out to both Rory and Alec.
