Comment:	At times I have felt responsible for some of these messes. I regret the "flowery compliments" I have given those in leadership. I don't regret thanking them for their efforts. I regret telling them "how important they are, how God is using them". Us men, with our pride have the capability of believing such things, and humility sits on the back burner. God help us all.
