1984 was the year that Scott released 2 albums; first "All My Best" and then the superb "Kingdom of Love". Eddie Yip who painted cover for "All My Best", also painted "Kingdom of Love" cover; Wow! what beautiful artwork: hats off to a great artist. This is a great album of songs from start to finish. I was kinda surprised that the start off song on side one was not "Kingdom of Love". "Stronger" is one of my fave songs, + "Give Your Life Away". The lyrics to the songs on this album ,somehow tell that Scott was in a different place (spiritually). The songs here are well crafted, and simply beautiful. Scott participated in a project in 1985 to feed the hungry; the result was an album with other ccm artists. Amy Grant covered Scott's song "Kingdom Of Love" for the lp:the album title was "Together We Will Stand". If you are an avid listener of Scott's music, this lp or cd should be in your collection. GOD Bless! - Don
