Comment:	As one of those who has left Christianity, I have to say this is the most sober, mature and insightful commentaries I have seen on this issue! All of us will be better off when we are allowed to trully follow our own consciences and learn to respect each other's journeys. Unfortunately the institutional leadership of Christendom has become more and more reacitonary as they feel their power over others diminishing.
