Comment:	If we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but princilapities and powers in high places, why should I waste my time wrestling with the foolish things of the earth? My roomate recently told me he needs me to be sharp because iron sharpens iron. And that he's busy working out his own souls salvation, as the Scriptures advise us to do. I could hear that cartoon sound effect go BOINGGGGGG, after that reaction. That was after me trying to start a conversation about the stockmarket corruption going on here in the states. But I eventually inderstood that, " you know, he's right". Next time before I try to talk with a brother or sister in the Lord about a hot controversial subject in current events, I will need to have something substantial having to do with what we as Christians need to be MOST focussed on regardless of the secular subject at hand we nevertheless seem to be subject to regardless of faith or acedemia. It's tough sometimes to not be OF the world while we aren't able to leave the world as Christians. Paul the Apostle said, "those who seemed to be somewhat were of no benefit to me". And he also said, "a soldier who wars does not entangle himself with the affairs of the world". There's a line we are able to cross as long it's with moderation; we can vote. We can picket. We can promote causes. And we can boycot. But to live outside of the 9 fruit of the Spirit as a result of an affair of this world, we are steeping over the wrong bounderies. It's taken me 20 years to finally figure that out because there are so many baffoons with the ability to talk, who actually have no more sense than a gnat. Anyway, great job on covering all your bases.
