Comment:	I am stunned! i cannot believe that people can be so inhumane to let this legistration pass. It just shows how some people have little regard for Humans (and animals too). It' times like tis that i wish that Jesus would come now. The world is increasingly shocking and humans are becoming dehumanizing at an alarming rate. All we can do is pray that God will intervene and change the hearts of the scientists who wish to perform these awful experiments.
