Comment:	sorry, but I still don't get it. Whats the difference between seeing Christ or the bible as the final authority? Doesnt' the bible represent all what God wants to say to mankind?Christ is the living word, he is the word of life. I can't speak say for the other Orthodox churches but with Catholism, maybe the reason why they do not want them on commitee positions is because of the different doctrinal issues between catholism and protestants, mainly salvation through faith and not works.
