This album is the first ever to come from the Youth Alive UK camp and is a collection of praise and worship songs from up and coming musicians from around the UK's youth groups. The focus here is very much loud guitars and drums and "Action Plan" as the first track gets off to a rocking start, although the drumbeat needs a bit more treatment as it gets a bit annoying after awhile. The second and third tracks follow in the same vein and the fourth track "Free", which is by trio Zander Buchan, Matt Hill and Andy Wooldridge who are from a youth group in Scotland, is rather catchy. The tempo does slow down for tracks five and six before returning to the upbeat and rather funky "Audience Of One" written by a chap named James Baker and is arguably the best track. There's another slow worship song, "Eyes Of My Heart", before the rock tempo returns on tracks 10 and 11. "Battlecry" was recorded live and is pretty stirring. The album ends on a rap song which is good in its own right, though it feels a little out of place on this album. As a first time outing, this is not too bad at all.
