STYLE: MOR / Soft Pop RATING OUR PRODUCT CODE: 127-4118 LABEL: Sparrow SPD1825 FORMAT: CD Album

There are three new songs, "Sparks And Shadows", "God Of Miracles" and "Faithful Father", all creditable soft pop ditties - in typical Twila Paris style. All the old Twila classics are here too - "The Warrior Is A Child", "God Is In Control", "Runner" and "Faithful Friend" - a duet with Twila's pal Steven Curtis Chapman. I enjoyed listening to this recording - it is very easy on the ear - the vocals are clear and the tunes are pretty. My favourite song is "Run To You", a mellow, laid back song. This is not a cutting edge, ground breaking recording, and neither is it inteded to be. But if you are looking for a quality pop/worship album, this would fill the gap nicely.
