After several years as a predominantly acoustic-led band, things were quite obviously different from the opening sequenced bars of the classic 1985 album's lead-off track ,"Knife Edge". With producer Mike Howlett at the helm, this was a much smoother, electric sounding record, and is still my probable overall favourite of them all.It really can't get much better than "Spirit Of 76", "Knife Edge" and "Deeside" although the bonus tracks here are all utterly awesome; the barnstorming "Absolute Reality" and killer live versions of "Sixty Eight Guns" and "Knocking On Heaven's Door"
