This is the fifth album from the Florida-based band and is already a huge hit Stateside. Here the three times Dove Award winners continue their inspiring lyrics as they explore the theme of all being followers. "Afraid" is an excellent opener with a gentle start building into a heartfelt anthem against fear. The second track "What You Want" musically fits comfortably into the territory occupied by Maroon Five or OneRepublic. Lead singer Mike Donehey sings with passion "you only ask me to follow." "I Have This Hope" is written about Jeff Owens' sister-in-law's battle with cancer and is loaded with passion and hope as the song explores a desperate situation. 'Followers' is another set of inspiring songs which honestly explore the challenges we all face. Tenth Avenue North continue to deliver CCM of a high quality.

Product Description
Known for their heart-stirring lyrics and chart-topping hit songs, Tenth Avenue North delivers once again with their brand new album Followers.
Lead singer, Mike Donehey, explains the album title saying, "When I search the gospels, I cannot find one place where Jesus asks anyone to be a leader. In fact, He doesn't even consider Himself a leader. He says 'I don't do anything of my own accord. I just do what I see my father in Heaven doing.' So if that's the case, there's one leader, and we're all followers."
Songs from Followers include themes about finding hope in moments of confusion and chaos, overcoming fear, giving God control and pursuing what He wants. It's a timely record with a message destined to impact listeners in a profound way.
