If you've read Cross Rhythms' recent article on this Nashville-based singer you'll know that she's clocked up a lot of singing experience and now, thanks to dear ol' BEC Recordings, is well on the way to becoming a big name in CCM. "Love Lifted Me" is a radio-friendly delight, an attractive melody sung appealingly, a simple yet effective lyric and a skilfully conceived pop electronic groove where the finger snaps work particularly well. Best of all that line which leads up to the surging chorus "Saying no to my downcast soul" is an instant attention-grabber. Excellent.
