A marvellous debut onto CD by one of the most underrated, yet anointed, Christian musical communicators in the UK. Thanks to a Bruce Ponte production which intuitively brings out the reflective beauty of Steve's ballads and the snappy bounce of his up tempo numbers, Steve delivers his songs of Christ's love and our devotion to him with aplomb. I was particularly touched by the slow "My Heart Longs" where Steve at the concert grand beautifully sings a song which is already being much used in his prison ministry. A man whose simple faith shines through every note.
