This is the first release from the Oxford Church since the 2006 album 'Stand In Awe'. If you know your church history, St Aldates, from the time in the '70s it was headed up by one of the key figures in the charismatic renewal in the Anglican Church, Rev David Watson, has been recording and releasing worship music. Concerning 'Until You Do', this project has generated two singles - "Raised With Christ" featuring Lauren Harris (New Wine Worship) and "Loyal In Your Love" featuring Tom Read (Worship Central). These two worship leaders alone are a good indicator of the quality present here. Unusually, the album opens with a spoken piece written and spoken by Emilie Radford reminding all of the 1,000 years of history surrounding them. Due to the excellent production skills of Henry Marsden, there is a strong congregation feel to the recording (often missing from similar albums), "You Restore My Soul" is a prime example. Although no new musical ground is broken here, it all makes for an engaging and uplifting listen.
