The term World music, of course, encompasses many kinds of music but describes the music of SAOTV very well as they fuse Indian, Turkish and Arabian with their engaging drum and bass styled electronic elements. This eight track EP from the Croydon duo features singles released up to 2018. A good example of their work is "The Fall of The New Babylon" which includes most of the above in a way that keeps the listener's attention. "The Exile" is much slower and captures the theme brilliantly. Although there is danger of stylistic clashes or pretentious artiness in mixing all these cultural influences, tracks like "Templars Vs Hashisheen" (probably the most approachable music here) show how it can be done.
