Eight remixes from a variety of producers of the one tune: great for DJs and Secret Archives fans. Each mix has its own style and identity, unified only by the vocal samples. Sheltershed, from America, provides an excellent trance mix, MrH (from Essex) gives more of a house style and Psalmistry goes all electronica. The Secret Archives' own mix predictably has lots of Eastern promise, including a fluent tabla pattern, and diving bass notes. DJ Darryl & DJ c-3po let out more of a drum'n'bass effort (with an emphasis on bass)! Timo Rozendal (from Netherlands) successfully mixes the Eastern melody with trance beats to produce probably my favourite of the eight. This is probably not the kind of CD you would listen to all the way through in one go, but is certainly recommended for DJs and dance fans looking for something more exotic and less predictable.
