Sarah has been working with producer/guitarist/general and all round genius Paul May who has fitted music to a pile of lyrics Sarah has penned. The two have then recorded the album but the results haven't lived up to my expectations from the talents involved. Sarah certainly has a lovely voice and there are no doubts that Paul is one talented guy but somehow there's a big space missing in the centre of this album. The self-written songs are okay, the arrangements are fine but it's all a little too samey and floaty. Sarah's voice though perfect lacks passion which leaves the songs a little limp. There are a couple of highlights, "So Much To Learn" is a catchy number with some great guitar from Mr May. "Hands Of Love" is a piano ballad penned by After The Fall's Ian Stott who pops up to do a fine duet. Overall, this is all competent and promises much rather than completely delivering the goods this time round.

Sarah sang at our wedding in Dec 2000 and was phenomenal.
Her passion and honesty were the perfect tribute to our day
and it would not have been the same without her. I still
listen to her CD and smile and remember what a special
moment in time it was to hear her voice both in church and
at the reception later on.
