Inspirational diva Sandi may be a firm favourite in the US though her particular brand of histrionic balladry has always limited her Christian audience impact on this side of the Atlantic. This compilation endeavours to bring together tracks from a wide range of albums stemming way back to 1983's 'More Than Wonderful' through to 1993's 'Le Voyage' though why the compilers would call these "rarities" is anybody's guess as all have been widely available in the past. I doubt whether there will be too many Brit takers for Sandi's overblown rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" while some of the arrangements here are really beginning to show their age. In truth, this is rather a pointless compilation.
