Swat is the brainchild of gifted muso (the Electrics) and children's worker Sammy Horner. I thought the title to be provoking, and I expected to hear loads of songs of declaration against our Enemy. Instead I found a mixed bag of songs which had no particular style or taste in mind, although some of the melodies were pleasing and the lyrics occasionally striking. The musical accompaniments were first rate and extremely different to most kids music - using a steel band effect on one song, "If Jesus Is". Side 2 gives you the backing tracks for side A. A brave grassroots venture.
