This musical on the life of Nicodemus by Roger Jones is well conceived and musically competent but rather predictable. It should appeal to Christian groups who want to put on something Biblical but with a more unusual storyline and who have had their fill of Kendrick. However, it lacks the punch and "on the edge" dynamism that contemporary Christian culture needs to have to make a real impact in today's God-forgotten world.
