Filled with all the gentle, caressing melodies, poetic lyrics and soothing music that turned Nichole Nordeman into a Christian radio hitmaker, 'The Ultimate Collection' plucks the choicest of tunes from the Colorado-born singer's previous four albums and redistributes them in a double CD set. In addition to these numbers, however, are some previously unreleased tracks such as the deeply soulful "Miles". The range of music produced throughout Mrs. Nordeman's career is reflected through this album in various forms. From the quick-paced "Brave" to the slow and flowing "Small Enough", from stage pop to hymns, all of Nichole's musical history has been successfully captured within this album. If you haven't yet caught up on Nichole's back catalogue, this collection is a good place to start.
