The 'Restart' album sees Michael Tate, Jody Davis, Jeff Frankenstein and Duncan Phillips move further into electro pop than previously and with a team of top CCM producers come up with an album brimful of catchy hooks, throbbing EDM rhythms and lyrics which are simple enough to connect with a teenage audience yet artful enough to avoid evangelical cliché. Michael Tate turns in possibly his finest vocal since his dc Talk days on the ballad "That Home" while the tracks produced by John White of the Capital Kings are particularly danceworthy. The Deluxe Edition offers extra five songs, "Overflow", "Man On Fire", "God Is Movin'", "The Living Years" and "Stronger", which aren't on the standard version and though not quite coming up to that CD's levels are good enough to attract plenty of interest from stalwart fans.
