Any re-issue/repackage which contains such classics as the Newsboys' wittily infectious gem "Take Me To Your Leader" or the worship song with the classic Steve Taylor-penned lyrics "He Reigns" cannot be dismissed lightly. But this budget line 3CD box set, which should have been a celebration of the past glories of the Peter Furler-led era pop rock veterans, is let badly down by the inclusion of the 'Icon' album. That set was a Best Of compilation. But with "Take Me To Your Leader" and "Breakfast" (my nomination for the greatest recording in the history of music ever to feature whistling) from 1995's 'Take Me To Your Leader' album and "It Is You", "He Reigns" and "Beautiful Sound" from 2005's 'He Reigns' it means that you only get six tracks on the 'Icon' CD that aren't on the other two albums! Great music, in fact some of the best CCM ever released. But the Nashville suit who put together this collection needs a firm rap on the knuckles.
