Their last album 'Blood World' gave them five Heaven's Metal Readers' poll awards and two Dove nominations for best metal album and song. Mortification are therefore cruising on that success with the release of the equally hard rocking 'Primitive Rhythm Machine'. So you get more of the same - an earthquake in the bass bin of your stereo as the band lay down the raw foundations of mighty Mortification rock, topped by the grumbling, growling in-yer-face vocals of Steve Rowe. Lyrically uncompromising, this should carry a government health warning not to listen unless you've had the foundations of your house thoroughly checked first. Heavier than having a five ton elephant sitting on your head. If you loved 'Blood World' this will not disappoint.
