This is a bit of a departure for the Canadian Celtic-style lady singer/songwriter, because, instead of the format of her earlier releases, which are the usual collection of self-contained songs, this is more of a liturgical exercise and a fusion at times of Latin (that's the Latin language rather than Latino) and Celtic. Many of the tracks segue into each other, so whilst the track listing gives 15 titles, the music is in fact split up into just a few chunks. This is only a problem for me when I'm wearing my radio station music manager's hat, and trying to find something for the play list; in reality, it's designed to be taken as a whole, a complete non-stop listening experience. When listened to in this way, this comes across as gorgeously ambient, free-flowing and well produced, and with Lianna's pipes in their usual excellent form, it's definitely worth investigating.
