With a simple electro riff and a vocal which delivers one of the most memorable hooks heard in worship music for a long while, "Beyond" is surely something you'll hear on lots of radio stations as well as sung in more adventurous churches and celebrations. Landry has always been one of the American Church's best singers and his occasional ventures here into falsetto plus his unexpected bit of semi-rapping make this single one of the most non-formulaic worship songs you'll hear this year. "Past the furthest parts of you I see/Into the greatest depths where I can be" sings Landry. Many will want to travel with him.
