Reviewed by Matt Parker A big name in the US gospel scene, once of the Anointed Pace Sisters, at last gets a UK release. This recording is certainly testimony to the great voice God has given her. From the opening cry of "Let me hear someone say hheeeeyyy, glory," you know you're in for something special. There are few moments when this loses you although unfortunately "I Promised The Lord" is, at best, tolerable. In fact, after listening to this track I turned off the CD and listened to a pneumatic drill digging into the road outside. If I closed my eyes, it was like a live rendition. If I had to pick a favourite, the very funky "Shall Be" is a definite praiseworthy offering, while "Who, What, When, Where, How And Now" is a moving account of the crucifixion. If you want an upbeat, varied and great sounding gospel recording, you won't go far wrong here.
