This album is a train wreck. Gray Dot's "best of" collection
is plagued by irratating remixes of classic LSU songs. The
persistent phone ringing noise is head ache inducing. Why is
that necessary?
Aside from the bulk of remixed songs, there are a few great
moments on this CD. Namely, a new track called "Baby Flies A
Comet" & "Funky Space Cat". These 2 songs are border on
novelty...but they're gold. Then there's the definitive live
version of "Rocket And A Bomb" where Mike sound like he is
out of his mind! For that track alone, this album is worth
it.
