Michael Knott of course seemingly lives permanently in a recording studio turning out endless albums. With his buddies Life Savers Underground (Brian Doidge, bass; Andrew Carter, guitars; Jeremy Wood, drums) he offers his usual eclectic variety of sounds, ranging from a Lou Reed-drone-style nightmare "Double" to a marvellously brash piece of noise pop "Bad Disease". Surreal imagery, some outstanding guitar work from Carter and Steve Hindalong drops by to play cat food tin and plastic waste receptacle on "Double". Knott/LSU fans will love it.

This is my personal favorite LSU album, although it would be
tough to ague that it's the best. "Double", "Kill Bill",
"Blame", "Grace", "Freedom", "Christ Saves"...there's just
too many essentials on this one. I LOVE it.
