This is an album full of energy, vitality and at times, unfortunately, American mush. "Show Your Power" and "Shout To The Lord" set off at a driving pace. However, 'Even So Come' also shows the tearful side of worship too, that other-side-of-the Atlantic feeling that unfortunately can give the impression that the worship leader is just doing it all for effect. Part of Kingsway's 'Really Live Worship' series, there is no doubt that this is a warts-and-all type of product. As with most worship there are some elements which ring true and others which we Brit's cannot relate very well to

How is that not a form of racism? Kevin Prosch is one of the most genuine and challenging worship leaders around even today. His nationality is unimportant.

Absolutely powerful and moving.
Worth every penny.

I'm glad someone challenged the reviewer's comments about Kevin Prosch's tearful rendering of 'So Come'. T o assume it is done for effect is to level a charge of gross insincerity; which is surely out of place in this context. Kevin is a sincere, prophetic guy of enormous depth, and is therefore unlikely to feign emotion. And the track itself is incredible. I remember weeping myself at the lines "For you will rend the heavens and fill your house with Glory."

By American 'mush' - I take it you mean unashamed love for the Lord?
I have a lot of American friends and I love them and their passion for Jesus, their openess with their emotions and their warmth & humanity.
What a pity so many of us english, with our stiff upper lips, have so many hang-ups when it comes true worship.
No wonder we don't have revival yet.
