'Love' is the debut gospel album by Judy Mowatt. By no means is she new on the music scene. Judy was a member of the I -Threes - backing vocalists of the legendary Bob Marley. (Marley also wrote "Thank You Lord", one of the songs on the album). Judy became a Christian in the late 1990s; on this album her commitment is evident in every song, like "(Want To Be More Than) Ordinary Servant". If you have never bought a reggae album before, let me recommend this 1 one. With 12 great tracks 'Love' takes us on a journey through ska, reggae, ragga and R&B. Also featured on this album are Judy's daughter Yeshemabeth, the Portmore Gospel Choir and the deejay styling of the veteran Papa San. This album is a must for all reggae lovers.

This is an excellent album. I love anything this sister
does! Had the opportunity to see her live as well - such a
humble, yet powerful lady. God bless you, Judy.
