A lovely lady with a superb voice. I heard her sing most of the songs on the album live at St. Helen's Bishopsgate in the early 70's; and have sung several over the years; particularly "Through my days" whose music I have just scored for my singing group, and Peace love and freedom (followed by a number) which I used to sing and play with a 4 piece group in the late 70s/early 80s.
Good tunes; meaningful words, and great memories.
She also had an excellent collaberation with Dave Cook (Tina Heath's husband) but I always felt that for some reason, the fledgling christian music press of the time gave them a raw deal, sadly concentrating on lesser talents. Sadly, "The song "Nobody wants to know" seemed to have a self pointing prophetic edge.
Thanks for your music Judy, and I will look into your more recent work,
Bob Williams
This is a brilliant album - any chance of releasing a cd/mp3 version?
I have just been listening to Peace and Love and Freedom that I got in the 70s.
I thank God for it and the way he speaks to us through it.
May God bless all his children.
