Dr Bynum certainly manages to keep herself busy. Not only is she a world famous televangelist, she is also a gospel singer (on her eighth album), an actress and an author. As much as I have problems with the whole American mega-church thing, I can't deny the quality of the art presented on this compilation. It includes a range of styles, from the funky, fast-paced action of "Cover The Earth" to the thoughtful, strong power ballad that is "One Night With The King". The musos make use of a wide range of instruments that all come together to bring out Juanita's vocals, which are sung with soulful mastery. At times it all gets a bit dated, with the drum machines and midi-keyboards giving it a very '80s feel but the liberal application of autotune on "Break Forth Praise" raises the mood of the whole album, being both playful and joyful.
