This album is in similar musical style to the sister release 'Meditations In The Spirit'. If you like classical guitar music with safe professional arrangements and songs whose spirituality draws heavily from the writings of St Clare Of Assisi, the female co-worker with St Francis Of Assisi, St John of the Cross, 16th century Carmelite reformer, theologian and poet, Evagrios Ponticus and Thomas Merton, then this recording is for you. If you are unfamiliar with some of these names, what a great opportunity to hear some of their ideas set to music by JMT. Calling us to "the privacy of solitude" in the midst of "over crowded urban lifestyles", don't dismiss this recording as not for you without good reason. It cuts new spiritual ground and can lead us into a greater prayerful contemplation and understanding of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus our Christ.
