It seems that at the moment, every Christian bookshop is displaying a new J.M.T. cassette every few months or so! Well, actually this is a CD reissue. Yet, do not let this put you off. J.M.T. must have one of the most instantly recognizable voices on the Christian music scene, and his beautiful chordal structures are in great evidence here. He has collaborated with The National Philharmonic Orchestra on this album and this brings out the depth and beauty of his music. The album is a celebration of the Wedding Day of the Lamb, and is divided into four sections, each bringing out one aspect of the Bride. Psalm 45 is full of joyful melodies, especially in the Wedding Dance, and the whole feel of this CD is one of joyful expectation. The Magnificat; The Anunciation and The Song of Songs are captured by J.M.T.'s style and it really works well! I was not expecting to be as delighted as I was, because I felt that J.M.T. was suffering from over-exposure, but this is a dream of an album. Go out and buy it and be refreshed.
