Last year Integrity Provident released a veritable shoal of Jason Upton albums on the great British public and this gem from 2007 is probably the finest. A growing number of church goers will know what to expect from an Upton album - powerful songs and improvised numbers which resonate with a passion and abandonment to God that only the most anointed prophet musicians get close to producing. Recorded live during a time of intense ministry Upton's huskily expressive voice and elegant flow on the piano has never been more affecting while the band surrounding him is exceptional with the electric guitar of Brandon Hampton and the violin of the mighty Leonard Jones being particularly adept. Four songs have been chosen by Cross Rhythms for their Verticality worship programmes, "The Spirit Of Adoption", "In Your Presence", "Into The Sky" and "Father Of The Fatherless" and all never lose their sense of the presence of God. Fine stuff.

Product Description
For a whole year, Key of David Ministries made efforts to record every event that Jason Upton and his team was scheduled to do. The idea was to capture a live recording of the particular song cycle that Jason planned on entitling “Beautiful People”. At the moments of recording it did not seem like this goal was accomplished, but sometimes hindsight is 20/20.
At two different events - one at Life Center International in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and the other at Morningstar Christian Fellowship in Fort Mill, South Carolina - several of the recorded moments were beckoning to be shared with a larger audience.
The compilation of these moments – both audio and video – are released as one project entitled Between Earth and Sky.
