This may be the debut album for GMA winners Isaac Simpson & Divine Providence, but this represents the latest step in the nine-year journey of this powerful gospel choir from Columbus, Ohio. 15 tracks, several recorded live, all demonstrate why this aggregation have got the gospel audience's nod. Isaac Simpson is the choir's director and main songwriter and offers velvet lead vocals on many of the tracks, which are a mixture of both up-tempo and ballads. Other quality lead vocals are supplied by a number of female artists including Nikki Ross on "He Loves Me", Lisa Page Brooks on "You Can Make It" and Leanne Faine (Thompson Community Singers) on "Search Me Lord". This is a top drawer gospel experience - check it out for yourself!
