Culled from the gospel star's albums, it contains all the title tracks plus one or two other tracks from her four studio albums, plus her confessional song "Helen's Testimony", taken from the 'Live Experience' album, which talks about the church girl's fall into the pits of a showbiz-induced life of unwed teenaged parenthood and drugging, and her eventual rise above this social quagmire. Includes a couple of her classics which spilt into the secular field, the rocking soul tunes "Oasis" and "More Than A Friend". For those who like to boogie to the gospel, Helen obliges with dancefloor funksters such as the celebratory "Worthy", "Lifting Up The Name Of Jesus", "Love Brought Me Back" and "Sold Out". And she really goes down low and mellow on tunes such as the taking it to church praise ballad "Can You Reach My Friend", "The Sea Of Forgetfulness", "There Is No Denying", and the orchestral strings-backed "Look A Little Closer". Using the title of the opening track, I'd like to say this is "Highly Recommended"!
