Singer/songwriter Heatherlyn recently came to fore as part of the critically acclaimed Nine Beats Collective and this three track EP is the Colorado-based artist's first solo release since her 2011 'Storydwelling' album. Proceedings kick off with the Celtic-tinged "Be Here Now" which contains a wash of gentle synth sounds and a warm vocal performance - both of which reflect the invitational theme of the piece. Second up, the yearning "You're The Song" neatly uses a songwriting analogy to reflect the singer's devotion to God before the benedictory "Ever" closes this unassuming but rather beautiful little release on a hopeful note.
