What Newcastle-based Galactacus Jack terms "electro grunge magic" has arrived in the form of his EP 'Reality Bytes' and has arrived in good time. It fits in brilliantly with the current musical canon at a point where artists such as the Prodigy and Pendulum are at the height of their careers. This is not to say however that this is a bandwagon record, not in the slightest. With the interplay of the graceful production of raucous sounds, this album is brim full of dance energy and with the addition of a selection of talented guest vocalists it is a work to move your body and stir your soul. Tracks of particular note are "Temporary" and "Control".
