Reflecting its self-assured and slightly hyperbolic subtitle, the final album in the 'A Somewhat' series by Texan hip-hop artist Eric Heron is classed by its author as being "my best compilation of work to date and, more importantly, the best indication of my direction and sound." It's hard to disagree and this collection reflects the man's ability to offer up a varied piece of work which never fails to keep the attention. In order to secure that variety, Heron has employed a plethora of different producers including Signature Nation, Ryan Vetter, epic1beatz and Fvmeless whilst cameos from the likes of Micah Hampton and Dondi on "How U Feel" and the assured love song "Heartbeat" respectively added further sparkle to this already glittering finale. Heron even manages to squeeze in a congratulatory voicemail from a friend near the end of the closing track "Aces" to press the point home about how happy he is with this effort.
