Enock was once a member of the Cross Movement but took time out when he felt that his lifestyle didn't measure up to the spiritual demands of being a hip-hop minister. He was also disillusioned with the lives of others around him in the Christian hip-hop scene who led double lives but weren't brave enough to deal with the issues. Now he returns with a hip-hop album that delivers creative beats and uncompromising messages. I wonder whether this should contain a parental advisory sticker since he's intent on nailing issues of sexual temptation with such force and power that it might make the more religious blush. Songs like "Runnin'" and "Truth Be Told" address male lust with such intensity that it should be required listening in men's groups everywhere. Mind you, it's not all heavy because some of the messages are lightened up by the humour of "Who R U?" which takes an imaginary hip-hop convention where Enock puts forward his point of view about the scene. I love this album simply because Enock has chosen to be so gutsy and honest and you know we always benefit from that.

Juan (Enock) James- for those who did not know, Juan had a heart attack at 5:15 am Satuday 10/17/09 and we lost him... Juan was a great man and a wounder full father. He will be missed by all. He touched everyone's life. Juan was the kind of person that would bring light in to a dark room!

I feel what your saying cuz the album was straight up my alley in that summer but God has dealt with me in some of those areas. I definitly feel you on people living a double life and not approaching it I'm going through that stage now where if my lifestyle doesn't match up with the word of God Im not able to minister the Word to anyone because my life doesn't line up. How did you get out of that stage?
