The mainstream music world is crammed full of acts who tried for a hit song and others who actually made the pop charts but were never quite big enough to go on to the albums, tours and riches which they, their record companies and managements were aiming for. The Dum Dums from London never got beyond status of one small hit wonders (that was in 2000) but this three-song offering shows that both "Everything" and "You Knock Me Off My Feet" had all the energy and memorable hooks that make pop rock so enjoyable.
