This set includes two DVDs (filmed by Cale Glendening) and one CD coming off the back of the 45 night tour of America in the summer of 2008. The first DVD is the 90 minute black and white documentary of the tour which shows how Demon Hunter interact with their fans. Here we meet a soldier medic just back from Afghanistan, a teenager who had a heart transplant as a baby and a touching talk by the mother, best friend and fiancé of a dead fan. They each explain how the band has affected their lives. The guys in Demon Hunter spend time talking to their fans after the shows and come over as warm and friendly people who want to have a positive influence in people's lives. The second DVD gets down and dirty with a live show from the Stronger Than Hell tour recorded in Nashville. As you would expect it mainly features tracks from 'Storm The Gates Of Hell', including Bruce Fitzhugh of Living Sacrifice joining the band for the song "Sixteen". Also there are four songs from 'The Triptych', two from 'Summer Of Darkness' and one from their self-titled album. The CD contains the instrumental backing music from the documentary DVD with an acoustic version of "Fading Away" and a piano version of "Carry Me Down". Demon Hunter is a band at their peak. This is a great package that reflects that fact.

What an album, finally a live dvd by Demon Hunter. The 45
Days documentary is an interesting insigt into the band as
they tour and the live in nashville DVD live set is simply
superb, loved every minute of it. The CD is just the sound
track to the documentary except from an acoustic version of
fading away, which is my favourite demon hunter song
ever.
Overall, we've waited a while for a DH live album and
finally we've got one, although I've also got the live in
nashville CD on order!
