If ever there was a must have in your music collection, this should figure highly. Originally produced between 1992 and 1995 as four EPs under their former name as the Cutting Edge Band. This repackage features, of course, the worship classics "Thank You For Saving Me", "I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever" and "Did You Feel The Mountains Tremble" amongst the 25 songs penned by Martin Smith. With contemporary worship on the threshold of bursting on to the UK Christian music scene at that time, these recordings were the forerunner with a new generation taking hold of the baton previously held by worship songsters like Graham Kendrick and Dave Bilbrough. Most of the Cutting Edge cuts still hold up after all these years and come highly recommended in this double CD collection.

Product Description

Fusing together 2 CD’s from Delirious? in one package. Featuring the worship classics I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever, The Happy Song & Lord, You Have My Heart.

Listen to these albums and you’ll find yourself taking the first steps of Delirious?. From the likes of Thank You For Saving Me and Lord You Have My Heart to Obsession and I’m Not Ashamed, these first recordings capture the essence of what it meant to be a Christian in the UK in the early 1990s. With worship on the verge of an explosion and a new generation taking the reins, the sense of optimism and devotion was all over the place. It’s no surprise that some of the band’s best loved songs come from these first releases.
