Damita, wife of gospel singer Deitrick Haddon, is an awesome singer/songwriter and this latest project, thanks to some punchy production and memorable hooks, is the diva's best album - an upbeat urban gospel set displaying her excellent vocal range and some banging bass lines! Highlights include "Say Yeah", the beautiful "Midnite", the raw beats on "Crossing Over", and the Bobby Valentino-esque "Torn Up". Finally watch out for the brilliant remix to the track "No Looking Back" which is currently a turntable hit on Cross Rhythms. This album is not only lyrically inspiring but also musically it holds a plethora of R&B/hip-hop flavours up there with the best mainstream stuff.
