Her voice sounds to me like a cross between Bonnie Raitt and early Stevie Wonder - and if that sounds weird, it's not, it's wonderful! Clear as a bell, sweet and soulful - suits her name, crystal. Lovely rhythmic back-up from the boys in the band all the way through. I enjoyed the gorgeous atmospheric title track, and the sweet sincerity of "Something Christ Did" especially. "Enter In By The Gate" was so Stevie Wonderish it was ridiculous - very enjoyable, and the heartfelt, gospel finish of "I Must Tell Jesus" was just perfect. The lady, still so young, has come a long way from those rock'n'roll revival 'Wild Blue Yonder' days and those patchy early albums. Now she's firing on all cylinders. Priceless Crystal.
