What sets this album apart from the usual sort of piano stuff that is released (or sometimes escapes), is firstly that this is not dull and dismal worship without words (ie, boring instrumental versions of well known pieces), and secondly, that it is all Charles' own work; every track on this nicely presented CD is an original composition. "The Eleventh Of September" is Charles' reaction to the events in the USA on that dreadful day; and each of the other seven tracks have the same lyrical quality that brings relaxation, meditation, contemplation or whatever you need to help you find peace when you need it. Impeccably played, properly produced and mastered (at ICC Studios, where else?), and definitely recommended.
